Is all your jewellery handmade? 

Yes. Every piece is handmade by me, Paula, in my small workshop in Bidford-on-Avon. I use traditional silversmithing techniques, working mainly with recycled sterling silver and natural, non-enhanced semi-precious gemstones. No two pieces are ever exactly the same.


Is your silver recycled?

Yes. All the silver I buy is 100% recycled sterling silver, sourced from suppliers in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. It has the same quality and purity as newly-mined silver, but it’s a more sustainable option.


Are your gemstones natural?

Yes. All the stones I use are genuine, natural and non-enhanced unless otherwise clearly stated. I love gemstones with natural variations in colour and texture, it’s part of what makes each piece so unique.


Are your gemstones ethically sourced?

I buy all my gemstones from reputable suppliers who adhere to ethical and sustainable practices, ensuring the stones are responsibly mined and have not been dyed or treated to alter the colour.


Do you gift wrap?

All jewellery comes beautifully boxed and wrapped, ready to give (or keep for yourself!). If you’re buying a gift and would like to include a personal gift message, just let me know at checkout.


Can I see your jewellery in person?

You’ll find me at events across Warwickshire throughout the year. Check my Events page for upcoming markets and festivals. A selection of my work is also available at Warwickshire Artisans in Wootton Wawen and Banbury Museum & Gallery Gift Shop.


Do you post internationally?

At the moment, I only ship within the UK via Royal Mail. If you’re based elsewhere and are interested in buying a piece of jewellery, please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do. 


How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are posted within 1-2 working days. If you need something urgently, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.


Do you take commissions or custom orders?

Sometimes! If you’ve seen something you like and want a variation, or if you have a particular gemstone or idea in mind, drop me a message and I’ll let you know what’s possible. I can’t always take on bespoke work depending on my schedule, but I’m always happy to chat.


Do you accept returns?

Yes, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons and bespoke/custom orders). Please see my Returns Policy for full details.


Do you do jewellery repairs / alterations?

I will undertake some repairs, it depends on the design and what needs doing. Feel free to message me, and I’ll let you know what’s possible.


Do you have a newsletter?

I send out a monthly email to keep customers updated with all my latest news, including new jewellery collections and designs, and dates of any upcoming markets and events that I'll be attending.
