Caring for your silver jewellery

All silver jewellery will naturally tarnish over time, but this can be reduced by:

• avoiding wearing your jewellery in the shower, sea or swimming pool
• avoiding leaving your jewellery in damp and hot conditions, for example next to radiators, window sills or in the bathroom
• applying any perfume, body lotion or hair products before putting on your jewellery to reduce it coming into contact with harmful chemicals.

Your silver jewellery can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush, rinsed and dried well with a cotton cloth. Gentle polishing with an anti-tarnish polishing cloth will bring back its shine.
