Beautiful handmade hammered silver circles that take on the appearance of the moon's surface with ridges and craters. These understated little round stud earrings, only 9mm in diameter are great when you want a minimalist look but still want something elegant that will catch the light from different angles.

How this jewellery was made ↓
Hand made using traditional methods. The circles were individually drawn freehand and cut from sheet sterling silver using a piercing saw. This was followed by filing to remove the rough edges and then sanding with abrasive paper to smooth the edges and remove scratches. Next they were heated to soften the metal before doming them in a doming block, then applying the texture by hammering. The posts were then soldered onto the backs before they were pickled to remove the fire scale from the blow torch, and then finally polished.
