Moonstone Beads on Silver Wire Dangly Earrings

Hand crafted using traditional methods. Two lengths of sterling silver wire were cut and one end of each was heated with a blowtorch until it melted to form a ball. These wires were then placed in a warm pickling solution to remove the fire scale caused by the blow torch, followed by cleaning and polishing. The moonstone beads were then threaded onto the wires, and a loop formed at the top, with the wire then wrapped around to hold the beads in place. They were then attached to their hook wires.
